Responsibilities:
Conduct research on the financial industry in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore, and support the company's strategy formulation and market development;
Conduct statistics and analysis on financial institutions’ distribution, investment research characteristics, staff size;
Search of industry information, and regularly review on industry trends, such as establishment of new institutions, new policies, changes in senior executives, and staff layoff and expansion plans;
Forecast the trend of the industry, as well as the related business/personnel plan/changes;
Be responsible for channel expansion, such as participation in industry associations, professional organizations, social agencies and activities, so as to improve the company's market reputation.
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above from top universities;
Major in economics/management and good overseas education and working background preferred;
At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry or consulting company, familiar with the financial sector;
Have certain relationship with institutions and contacts in the financial industry;
Good expression and communication ability, strong logical thinking and excellent writing skills;
Good command of both Chinese and English, and can use English as the working language.
Chief Recruitment Consultant 2022-11-18 Shanghai, Beijing
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the determination of recruitment needs, including the collection of industry information and client company's business characteristics and operation, organizational structure, corporate culture, recruitment position information;
Conduct position analysis and determine objectives and strategies for candidate searches, based on the specific requirements of target positions;
Search, interview, evaluate, screen and recommend candidates through various channels as required by clients;
Coordinate and arrange interviews, assist in salary negotiation and signing of employment notice;
Conduct candidate background check according to client requirements;
Regularly communicate with prospective candidates to ensure their integration after onboarding;
Closely follow market dynamics, identify business information, and expand business.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above from top universities;
Candidates with good overseas education/working background, major in human resources, management, marketing, economy, finance are preferred;
More than 5 years of experience in research, sales or human resources (recruitment) in the financial sector;
Excellent expression and coordination ability, good team cooperation and high sense of responsibility;
Strong learning ability, excellent execution and logical thinking;
Good in Chinese and English, proficient in English reading and writing, and skilled in Office software.
Assistant Recruitment Consultant (Internship) 2022-11-18 Shanghai, Beijing
Responsibilities:
Search and statistics on talent information in subdivisions in the financial sector;
Timely publish recruitment information via various recruitment channels;
Screen candidates via resumes and phone calls, and assist in interview arrangement;
Maintain and operate database, update and expand and data resources;
Regularly report search progresses to ensure high efficiency in candidate search;
Analyze and summarize the recruitment data and form regular reports.
Job requirements:
Undergraduate students or master candidates in/from top university;
Those who can work for at least four days per week for more than three months are preferred;
Result oriented, meticulous and responsible, strong tenacity, open mind and continuous learning ability;
Excellent communication and teamwork spirit;
Familiar with Office software, proficient in English reading and writing.
